Why be a member of the Hull Democratic Town Committee?

We are members:

to enhance the Democratic Party by engaging more people in political activities and participation in our government;
to foster greater participation in government through awareness of issues of energy, the environment and social and economic justice;
to build political community by taking part in events, both social and political, that build and strengthen the Democratic Party and support the Democratic Platform;
and to work for the election of Democratic candidates who are dedicated to making positive change in local, state and national politics.

OUR PURPOSES

To foster and advance the ideals and aims of the Democratic Party; to work in cooperation with the Democratic National Committee; to work in cooperation with the Democratic State Committee; to aid in carrying out the planks of the platform of the state and national Conventions of the Party; to work and organize for the success of the Democratic candidates of the District, County, State and Nation; to do all the things necessary and incidental to the building and strengthening of the Democratic Party in Massachusetts.

The next meeting of the Democratic Town Committee will be held on Tuesday February 21, 2012 right after the Town Caucus which starts at 7 p.m. sharp!
